Tourism Malaysia, The Tourism Authority of Thailand and Etihad Airways are among the latest partners of Business Special Report Magazine.

“The agreements reflect the robustness of the international travel and tourism industry, the world's largest Service Sector Industry, in terms of international trade, and the tremendous increase in travel from Russia to South East Asia even during this time of financial crisis,” said John Bonar, Publisher & Editor-in-Chief of the Bi-lingual Russian and English magazine.

“The industry is also a leader in e-trade with flights and hotel accommodation among the most purchased services off the Internet”, he noted.

The travel industry has been a leader in offering people browsing the web discount incentives for buying online.

“E-tickets have virtually replaced the old printed tickets around the world,” and internet based publications  such as BSR are geared to dovetail with these marketing strategies.

In the September/October issue of the magazine there is a major section on investment opportunities in the East Coast Economic Region of Malaysia, a feature on Bali and Beyond by Andrei Yakovlev and an article on spas in Thailand.

The magazine has been chosen by Tourism Malaysia to spearhead the promotion of the Malaysia My Second Home program and in November a major section of the magazine will be devoted to settling in

Malaysia and the attractions of destinations such as the Klang Valley (the Kuala Lumpur Greater Metropolitan Area), Langkawi, Penang, Kota Kinabalu and the ECER region.

The new advertisers join ongoing clients such including Domodedovo Airport and Grand Hotel Europe, St Petersburg.

Business Special Report Magazine is a monthly digital publication which features news, interviews, analysis and commentary on the Russian business sector. The magazine is read by leading figures in Russian politics, business and commerce together with foreign diplomats.
