Prior to his appointment at Troika, Dmitry Sredin held the position of Chairman of Renaissance Advisories (part of the Renaissance Group) from March 2011 onwards. Before this he worked as an IB Managing Director and head of Renaissance Capital’s Debt Finance Department starting in July 2009. From 2006 to 2009 Dmitry was employed at Troika Dialog as Director of the company’s DCM Department. From 2001 to 2006 he was Regional Vice President, a member of the Credit Committee, and Head of Citibank’s Consumer, Automobile and Transport Sector Department. Dmitry Sredin graduated from Carleton University (Ottawa, Canada) and also the Higher School of Economics (Moscow, Russia).
